some people can be bloody bias. imagine this, cristiano takes the ball to the corner flag, taps the ball to ryan giggs. giggs nonchalantly walks to the ball, picks it up and makes a cross to the goal mouth. the whole of the english bastards will shout.... what a cheat! it's so unsporting bla bla bla..... but when rooney did it, it was brilliant, cunning, intelligent bla bla bla ....... come on, i may be a devil but i don't subscribe to this view. to hell with you english buggers!
the whole idea of human capital development is a piece of crap. why? because i don't believe in forcing people to change by implementing something seen as indigenous. changes must come from the heart. people can pretend to have changed. what good does it bring? deep down inside, they are still the same persons who have given hell to us all this while. to survive in a new environment, people can be pretentious. and what the hell of marking a person by giving him grades? how am i supposed to grade somebody on his efforts? what if those efforts do not bring the desired result? should i not penalise him? this is going to be something interesting.
so to circumvent my suspicion, should i now send these people to attend courses, seminars, team building programs etc? it could be a waste of money. my take is this. by placing such a rigid system, it will chase away people who are too lazy or too rebelious or non performers from the workplace. it is a well designed approach to eliminate the slackers. brilliant isn't it. instead of having to go through the tedious and boring show cause letter, domestic inquiry etc, we just scare them off. on this score, i have to fully agree with the implementation of the system. here i go again, contradicting myself. i'm just one whimsical idiot trying to sound intelligent. what a farttt..............
a club wants to buy the former footballer of the year by offering a ridiculous sum of money. the selling club had told the player, please negotiate and agree on the contract so that we can get at least 100M. 100M for a player. these arabs are idiots!!they are willing to pay 100M for a footballer and yet see their neighbours being slaughtered by the israelis like nobody's business. so much so for ikhwanul muslimin.... bahhhhh ...... how many weaponries can be bought with 100M? i do not know. being a malaysian, i guess we could only buy a missile or charcoal-powered submarine , which can only submerge but not to emerge.
